- Connects to your Google Search Console account (with your permission)
- Analyzes your search performance data to detect content decay
- Provides alerts and recommendations for improving your content
- Offers competitor analysis and query gap insights (paid plans)
2. Account Requirements
To use ContentPulse, you must:
- Have a valid Google account
- Have at least one verified site in Google Search Console
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape data (except via our API)
- Share your account credentials with third parties
4. Payment Terms
Billing
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices in USD unless otherwise specified
Cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
Case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@contentpulse.tech.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Important Disclaimer
ContentPulse provides data analysis and recommendations. We do not guarantee:
- Any specific improvement in search rankings or traffic
- The accuracy of Google Search Console data
- That recommendations will be effective for your situation
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The ContentPulse service, including its content, features, and branding, is owned by ContentPulse and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ContentPulse is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months
8. Termination
By You
Cancel your subscription or delete your account anytime from settings.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
